100% single vineyard sauvignon Blanc grown right beside the Pacific Ocean in our Sea Vineyard in Te Awanga. A cool climate, coastal wine with elevated levels of minerality and refinement, soft textures and a restrained elegance. Fresh, bright, citrus and green fruit character, underscored by a gentle acidity. 

Cool fermented in a mix of tank and barrels, with 15% matured in seasoned French oak, and 85% on light lees in tank for 6 months.
