Predominantly coastally grown, cool climate fruit from our SEA (Te Awanga) vineyard, blended with warmer inland fruit from our EARTH (Bridge Pa) and Stone (Gimblett Gravels) vineyards creating the perfect balance and tension of ripeness and roundness, with freshness and bright acidity. 

This wine was fermented in barrel and tank, and aged on full lees for 11 months with 20% new French oak before being blended to tank where it rested on light lees for a further 6 months.
