100% handpicked Viognier, gently pressed and 50% small-batch fermented in tank, 42% in older seasoned barrels and 8% into new barrels, with 10 months oak ageing. The wine was then blended and aged a further 6 months before bottling. 

Delicate aromatics of pear and blossom with a fresh, dry, citrus and mineral palate of white peach, green lime and gentle baking spices. Finely textured and vibrant, this is an elegant and cool, costal Viognier.
