2024 Le Phant Rosé is made from 60% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah from our EARTH (Bridge Pa Triangle) vineyard, and 20% Merlot from STONE (Gimblett Gravels) vineyards. Grapes were left to steep on skins allowing gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Tank fermented, then aged 80% in tank and 20% in seasoned French oak.
