This limited, special release wine commemorates the late Ralf-Roger Weiss (R.R.) who founded Elephant Hill 15 years ago on 21^st November 2008.  

Just like its namesake, R.R. is one of a kind. This pure Tempranillo has been grown and handpicked from our EARTH vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle. Fermented in large, traditional oak casks, then matured in the finest French barriques for over two years.

Only six barrels were selected, producing 150 cases of this one-off wine. Dark and bold, revealing cedar, menthol and blackcurrant characteristics. Dried herbs, tarragon, and bay leaf with a touch of clove and cardamom spice, overlaying flavours of cassis, cherries and hints of Black Forest cake.

Drink now or cellar for many years of future enjoyment.
