Le Phant Blanc
This blend of aromatic white varieties brings together subtle spicy characters, floral notes and a touch of off dry sweetness with beautiful balance and texture.
The 2013 Le Phant Blanc is a blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier and Gewurztraminer. The grapes were harvested over 6 hand-picks, whole-bunch pressed and fermented separately. A proportion of the Viognier and Gewurztraminer were barrel fermented and the rest in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks.
