This blend of aromatic white varieties brings together subtle spicy characters, floral notes and a touch of off dry sweetness with beautiful balance and texture. 

The 2011 Le Phant Blanc is a blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier and Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay. The grapes were harvested over 6 hand-picks, whole-bunch pressed and fermented separately.
